Has anyone seen this happen?
I finished a race in Italy in sixth place, Coulthard won. After the
race I save a few hot laps and then went into the race results.
Coulthard was listed in 11th and I was in 17th!!!
A whole bunch of back markers were in positions 1-10.
Is this a known bug?

Yeah, this happened to me the first time I won a race. After I saved the
hotlaps, the race standings said that Schumacher had finished with a
ridiculously fast average speed (something like 330kmh) and listed me in last.
Don't stop to save hot laps after the race!

I think I figured out what happened. After saving the hot laps the
program redoes the positions placing the first car before the finish
line in first place and working down from there. It then gives the
new leaders ridiculous average times to justify them being in first
place.
Wonder what happens if you save hot laps before you cross the finish
line?
