The new owners of the corpse of CART are going to call their series the
open Wheel Racing Series, or the American Open Wheel Racing Series, or
something along those lines. Isn't this the name that had to be used for
the mod to NASCAR Heat that sought to replicate CART racing? Now I can't
recall who sent a legal letter to that mod team to get them to make the
name change, if it was the CART guys, then someone should send them a
letter back saying they can't use that name. If it was the IRL guys,
well send them a letter as well, it seems the legal systems hates Tony
George as much as some posters in this group.
