F1RS performance....again

Should a Cyrix 233MMX with 64Mb ram and an Orchid 3dfx still have
problems starting a F1RS race?  I reduced the cars down to 5 but it is
still frame by frame.  Can the Cyrix be that bad!!

Yep.Change it to a Intel processor.

I'd be cautious about running out and buying a new processor just yet.
I had the same chip, and was not happy how some 3d games ran.
I replaced it with a k6 233mmx and guess what.... it was *slightly* better.
So maybe Intel is much much better?  Not from what I've read.
Not really worth the money of 'upgrading'.

Direct X6 helped a lot on the start for me...
