What he's saying is that this occurs if you decide to skip practice
and go directly to the race. I guess that's a choice you have to
weigh. I rarely do that, so its not a problem for me. As a
compromise, you could accelerate time in the practice, so it only
takes a few minutes, but the fast guys would still qualify and grid up
front.
