Thanks, but it didn't work for me.

Messed up video I guess. I crashed (the game crashed) once and I got a could
not load track message the second time.

Maybe its my 128 MB video card?

If you also uncheck reflections in the game you will also gain more
frames. Although it will make the cars look dull.

Thanks - it definately made it "playable"... 1024x768x32 with 30 cars
ahead, basically the same hardware you have, ran in the 30s and 40s at
Daytona with a full field. no problems at all.  I still want to get a
GF4 card though :)
