I'm willing to bet he was refering to them being tightened with hand tools
vs. air tools.

HEY I am tired of hear from you too. Let me know what your address
is an I will send you some Wisconsin Cheese to go with your whine. You
sound like the Electric Car  People and I do not want to hear anything
from either one of you.  Your problem is not our problem and has nothing
to do with the product it is the service that you did or did not receive
from a local vendor.  Plus I think that you have left your self open to
a law suit.  So, shut up and goodbye you hope (but I know better).

By "hand-tightened" he means using a hand wrench as opposed
to an impact wrench.

Nice idea, but I don't think he would read this NG. He posted to all
the car related ones I read (even karting for Christs sake!), but I
doubt he could be as intelligent to actually READ the replies.
If you do, Mr. Bridgestone (I assume that is who you are), then I
would gently request that you continue driving your car with dodgy
wheelnuts. Preferably around some tight, twisty, mountain roads.
