Hey guys,
I'm having a hard time getting over the 183 mark at michigan. Could
someone offer up some tips on the speeds and/or line at M.I.S.?? I'm
getting into T1 at around 202, down to appx. 160 at the apex. And appx.
170-171 on the Exit of T2. Enter T3 at around 192, (Seems like all I can
get is 192 before I have to let off for T3) down to appx. 160 again,
before I can get back in the gas.. I cross the S/F line at around
193-194..
What speeds do you think I should be hitting at these different points,
to achieve the 184 barrier? Thanks for any advice.. Mick

You can download some replays here:   http://www.bhmotorsports.com/   You
can grab some setups there too.
Watching the replays a couple of times should answer all of your questions
about lines and speeds.

Mr. Huttu has a pretty sweet setup for Michigan on his site:

Well, I know this to not be true at all.  I ran a Michigan race one day off
of IRF and the guy had modified the Track.ini and set the adhesion to max.
We were ALL turning 200+ mph laps.

It was fun, but _everyone_ had the same settings...

Yes, this is the situation I'm speaking of...

I'm really trying to avoid the word 'cheat' as I don't want it applied to
the wrong people for the wrong reasons.

I do feel, however, that in the DEMO of N4, some have learned a few, um,
tricks...

Ya know, I wish I hadn't even seen this thread.. I was really shooting
for a 191 lap, with the stock settings ;-) Even so, using the replay,
and thinking it was possible, I did do an honest 185.106 (my personal
best) And I know there's more speed to gain! Now, if I could only turn
in these good laps CONSISTENTLY!!! :-)
