Crash...
If I remeber correctly, there was a bug in NASCAR1 that effectively reversed
certain aspects of setting up a car. I had Jan's Guide, and seem to remember
some note that explained that the Guide's solutions were actually opposite of
what would be done in "real life", but, because of the bug, this was the way
to attack your problem. Presumably that bug was addressed in NASCAR2, so the
two versions of the Guide would seem to be in conflict. Maybe one of the
heavyweights of our group can confirm on deny this theory (I wish I still had
my NCR1 stuff<G>)....
