GP2 Perfomance Editing

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to edit the drivers and cars so that
they reflect the '96 season. I know that for ICR2 there is a drivers.txt
that reflects the '96 season. Is there something like that for GP2? Has
someone figured out how to do it? How should I start and what should I
do? I've got GP2ccpe I need to know what numbers to plug in to make it
like the '96 season. Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance,     RB

The carsets reflecting 1996 season are available from the GP2 home pages
out there-try Pieter's and look under utilities.

Maybe people are misunderstanding me. I already have the car sets and
the utilities to change the settings. I've got PK Arnall's car set and
utilities. What I need to know is how to find out what numbers to plug
in so that the cars reflect the way they ran during races in 1996. I
mean the performances, not the actual car numbers. i.e. Max power,1st
driver grip, 2nd driver grip, random range of grip, etc.

Thanks to all that have contacted me so far, I hope this clears things
up.

If you got  GP2SET30.ZIP at Pieter's GP2 Homepage:
http://www.volftp.vol.it/GP2
read the readme.txt file on installation.    It says it patches the
performance of the cars to the 1996 level.

Hope this helps.

Hi Richard,

If you go to  Pieter's GrandPrix Homepage   http://www.racesimcentral.net/;
you will find some great utilities for GP2, including complete 1996 car
sets ( that include car colours, helmet colours, car performance,***pit
colours, drivers names & car numbers, etc etc ).  I trust that you will be
delighted with what's there.

Regards

Phillip
