I have the US version of Rally Trophy. This might seem like a silly
question, but does the "English" patch work with the "US" version or
should I wait for an offical "US" patch.

Use the English patch.

Remove "hi" from address or it will bounce....

The "English" patch works FINE with the "US" release version.
