I don't know why I never askeed this sooner, but is there a way to get
sound in the replays in the Windows only version of CART/ICR2?
It probably has too do with the original ICR2 being a dos product and
most of the modern soundcards NOT adhearing to the unwritten rule of
soundcards assigned to either irq 5 or irq 7. Basically, even with the
windows version, you are still seeing a dos sim with a windows loader.
That's all I can think of.
