Yes, he's serious. The link is http://www.racesimcentral.net/ but there's
not much there yet. The game was previewed in last month's Incite magazine,
where they had Juan Montoya try it out. There's a full page adverti***t
in this month's Incite. Looks promising from the early screenshots, but the
release date is unclear.
