I KNEW people would start blaming restrictor plates for that wreck! That was
lap __FOUR__ - it could've happened at ANY track with 3-wide (or even
2-wide, really)racing. In those first few laps they don't have TIME to
spread out yet - plates or not!  Personally I like small packs. I DON'T like
5 cars (or even 12 cars) on the lead lap! I can't stand to see "the Big
One,"  but I DO love the spectacle of a close race with 20 cars less than a
second apart.

I heard you could preorder these new kind-of amiga motherboards
right now, they might be interesting. Also, a BeBox would have
made a great *** rig IMO. Too bad it was mis-managed into the
ground, too!

That's the point.  With restrictor plate it doesnt matter if its four or 140,
they are too close together.  Even on lap four at Chicagoland, C***te or
Atlanta I think you would find that field two wide instead of three.  I hate
the restrictor plates.  Love the draft of old and the strategy that went with
it.
