How do I get additional tracks?  Do I need to buy a program or are they
freely downloadable?   Once I get them how do you install them?

Some are free:
www.theuspits.com
www.kotr.de/org/

Some are not, and you need to have other sims to convert the tracks from - to gpl. These sims are:
Indycar Racing 2, Indycar Racing 1's Indy track pack, Nascar racing 1999, 2, 3, Legends.

Get yourself over to the GPLEA for Goodwood , Solitude , Crystal Palace and
Snetterton67. Not a bad start. Just run a search for GPLEA on Google or
whatever. They come zipped with  a readme or installer.exe Luc.
