You need to remember that the BT24 was essentially a lightweight F2 chassis
with the Repco V8 slotted in where, in F2 guise, a 4 cylinder Honda engine
would have sat.

Yes, it did have a small frontal area but also had a very good
power-to-weight ratio.

The Brab must have been a killer F2 car! Light and rugged as it is.

Do you know, or remember ;-), what cars dominated the F2 series at that time,
