Next year, the Macintosh Short Track Racing Association will host the
first league competition of its kind...the MSTRA Cross-Platform
Challenge.

The best of Mac NASCAR Racing drivers...versus the best of PC N1
drivers...in a 10-race ***bath that will present all involved with one
heck of a wild time.

If you have questions, contact me via e-mail or visit the MSTRA Web
site, http://www.racesimcentral.net/

The Mac version of Nascar Racing is actually more N2 like, and quality wise
it's somewhere between N2 and N3.

Ahh...that would explain why there hasnt been an N2 and N3 for the mac yet.
For a while i was feeling very dorry for those guys thinking they were still
driving N1 at that level while we had N2/99.

Actually, after playing a bit of N1 it seems to me that NMac is more like N1,
maybe with some graphic updates to suit the Mac Interface Guidelines but with
the tracks and car design of N1. After all, anything from N1 will usually run
on NMac, but N2/N99 stuff needs to be brought down to N1 level.

A few users have defected to PC for GPL, but it's too bad, really...though
we'll never get N2/N99/N3 (they'd probably fear they'd make nothing from it,
though NMac was one of the better-selling Mac games) a lot of people have been
breathing life into an old game with car sets, tracks, four leagues...
