I downloaded the Ron Fellows 88 Raiders car which is in the above
mentioned format and put it in my cars directory but it isn't showing up
in game. Do I have to convert it to the .car format? If so, how do I do
that?

> Ike, try taking the .tga file and move it into the papy/nr2003/export folder(note it's name), then start N2003 and go to
> opponent manager, create a new driver named Ron Fellows, from there go into the paint shop and from there "import" the .tga
> file, save the carand exit, save the player, and that should get it.
