just a quick question.

I was running N2 at 100% AI and would have a car capable of winning
everywhere pretty much.( if I kept out of the fence).

My question is with the tracks like vegas for example.  I cant run with the
AI even at 98%.  Im have lots of trouble getting the car setup.  I don't
want a bunch of setup links.  But a guide on what to do would be appreciated
if anyone knows where.

Thanks in advance.

It seems that all the AI in N1999 are stronger than in N2. Notice that
in the track.TXT files for each track, the RELS value is set 2% to 4%
higher in N99 than the same track in N2. Drive harder or set the OPPS
percent lower in N99 to get the same relative strength. Unfortunately
the difference is not constant from track to track.  All part of the
tweaking by Sierra, I would think.

In some cases, it's a little ridiculous.  At C***te, the top AI
runs 186 mph laps, 180 min through 3-4 and 177 min through 1-2.  Those
are a good 5 mph faster than I can do with a good setup and, IMHO,
totally unreachable with any setup.

a 186mph lap with the new C***te is possible, just need a good setup ;)

Try to check out setups at this URL :  http://www.racesimcentral.net/;They
are a great base to start tweaking setups (better than ace IMHO).

I have the crew chief already, the problem is it does not see all the
tracks.  In particular Las Vegas.
