Having alot of problems getting my car up to full speed at dega using the
T2. I found out its in the gas pedal after I moved the gas to the A
button. I just have a little problem I can't drive shift and push the A
button with only two hands.

I am having a similar problem (at least on my computer). I found that
when calibrating "correctly", the gas pedal gives you about 1/2 throttle
or so and the brake pedal gives you full acceleration (at lest on my
computer). After messing with it for a whileon my computer, I decided to
move it to our other Pentium (Compaq Presario 100mhz, 16 meg ram,
similar setup to my Pentium) and the T2 works great. Don't know what's
up with mine, but I'm going to leave the T2 on the Compaq as it runs a
little better there anyway. I am thinking about buying the ACM card, if
that will help me get it to run on my computer, but as for now, I now
the T2 works fine and it's just a software or game card problem and not
my $100 steering wheel.

Try only pushing the gas pedal down 80-90% when you calibrate it.  This
should get rid of the "dead" zone when you have it floored.

I had a similar problem to Kevin's when using the T2 thru the game port in
my sound card.  I disabled this game port, and installed a seperate game
card ( a cheapo multi speed for about $20).  Fixed the problem, and the
wheel handles much better too.  I'm sure Thrustmaster's ACM card would do
even better, but didn't want to spend the extra $.  Hope this helps.

It's the "Full Throttle" article that was done by Philip McNelley.
Thanks for the support Mike!!  :)
