GPL, directx6.1 and glide2x.dll

When I "upgraded" to directx 6.1 the menu screens used to flicker and lock
up. Someone kindly provided the solution of placing the file glide2x.dll
into the GPL directory.

This fixed it but I've since re-formatted and re-installed everything and
I've lost the file. doh.

Could some please e-mail me version 2.53 of the file if you have it.
