And what makes you think that the use of Kali would change that?
The amount of data that has to be transfered is the same with IPX
as with TCP, and by tunneling IPX via TCP (like Kali does) you most
likely even add some overhead.

Just wait for reports on how it plays with TCP via the Internet.
Remember, DSL and cable are _not_ "analog modems". :-)
