I cannot locate the utility that is used to get ICR2/CART to operate with the
V2200 rendition cards. I had it once before and it would copy some files and
you would have to start it twice...etc...but it worked.
If anyone could e-mail me the utility or a site where it is located I would
appreciate it. I have looked at the most common sites but no luck.

that should have all you need. Most of the files are listed in little boxes
along with other utils and also in the download sections.
