How do I set up N2/N1999 drivers to mimic their real world counterparts?

Yes, I know what traction, power etc are...

My question is, what are the sorts of values I would see for:
(1) a driver who is an ace on road courses particularly (Dallenbach)
(2) short tracks particularly (Rusty)
(3) superspeedways particularly (Sterling in '94-'95)

or good at everything (JG and MM last year)

If there is a FAQ, utility program, or webpage that covers this
subject, I would really like to know.....

Just follow his instructions and you will have as close to real world
drivers as possible.
