everything sounds normal.... :)
  when you're in the car setup screen.... you will see the setup sheet...
and a place to set your default qualify and race setups...
when you want to load a particular setup... just click on the little down
arrow on the setup sheet, qualifying, or race boxes.... then just click on
the setup you want.... they scroll down......

there is no load button. just make your setup and click save. then click ok to
overwrite the setting and it will save what ever you create. to load just pick
your selected setting it will load automaticly. i know,  i had the same
question.then i called Sierra who gave me the answer and it works.

there is no load button, Just pick your setup and exit, it will work i had the
same problem so i called sierra and thats what they told me to do. when you
create a new setup just save it and then overwrite the old one by cliking ok
