Wheels forgot to add that these things are needed also:

If you are going to DIAL, then YOU MUST leave the NET USER ID blank.
If you are going to ANSWER then YOU MUST fill in the NET USER ID space.
ex. you can put anything you want in net user id but most commonly people
will put in their racing name, like*** Peppy maybe or the nick-name you
use on Kali.

Also, if you get an error message that your modem is in use and MULTI is
trying to access
it, then that means you need to change the com port in the SET-UP option.
Multi is set to dial the modem by defualt so it may try to access it. If
this happens then just change the com port settings. ie. my modem is on
com2 and I have Multi.exe.....set-up  set to com1 and it works fine.

2 human players are the max on kali (it's Papyrus' server that allows more)
and from the slow latency times (.23 to .28 can be considered acceptable
for kali but if you've ever done direct connect or over modem you know that
you will get  .12  to .18 times) you don't want more then 2-4 players on
kali anyways as the dissappearing cars can really***up a race fast.

The "-n" is for network and the "-h" is for SVGA mode so unless you have a
Pentium I suggest you leave the "-h" out.
Playing in Kali dos can be done even if the other player is using Kali95
and vica-versa, I've done it before. If you are in kali dos then all you
have to do is quit K-chat and go to your Nascar directory and run "MULTI -n
(-h)"
I've helped a lot of people get running on kali so some of you might have
seen me there before or have been helped by me, I hope your racing days are
fun but remember if you want some real action you need to hook up with
Papyrus' network. Kali is a great place for learning how get started
though.
