Huh?  Crammond's seen the F1 2002 demo and he's shaking in his boots.  He's
gone back to the drawing board just like he did with his last two 'efforts.'
True to form, he'll delay the game for about 6-12 months and then probably
throw his hands in the air and just release whatever ***he's managed to
dash off.

Release has been delayed by a week, June 16th I think, so not too long
to wait. Unless you live in the USA, I think it's release there 3 mths
later :P

Or just buy GP2 now and save waiting.

It's not like it's any different.

No point in being optimistic about a Crammond title.

That would had been true, if Geoff ever went to the drawing board to really
redesign those last two 'efforts' ;-)

Yay! ;)

I think the main reason to reason GP4 was to get it on the xbox.

I wonder how often that happens - a developer sees a competitor's product, so
changes their timeline to add more stuff?  It seems like a double edged sword.
The second product might see all the mistakes people complained about in the
first one.  But, if most people bought the first release, they might not shell
out the money for the second release, no matter HOW good it is...

Yeah I can't wait until those X-box users with gamepads start dead last at
Monaco and see real-time warped and slowed down <G> :)

which is a good reason to wait
since if it DOES SHIP AS a xbox products
most of the bugs will be out
since you CAN'T PATCH  a xbox game
right ??

so it a way , that is good news
E3 seems to be all about console, don't you think
again, it could be the turn around PC gamers needed
since both format for PC/ Xbox is released
the bugs would be WAAAAAY reduced

A Rayman game on the PS2 sure did crash out alot though, so it's not
really more of a warranty.
