T1 and ICR2 problem.

I have a problem with my T1 and Indycar 2, the problem is that I cannot
get the brake to work. When I callibrate everything works fine. Then I go
to set controls and again everything works fine until I have to select my
braking device, I depress the pedal and nothing happens. This means that I
have to drive with braking help on. The same thing happens with Nascar.
Can somebody please help me with this problem. I have a dx 266 with no
gamecard (I use the port on my Sb16) But I don't think my computer would
be running so fast that I need an ACM card.
