You hit the nail on the head dude. Ten could care less if you got problems
or not. Since upgrading to a cable modem I have been unable to go to the
arena everytime. About 10% of the time I can get through to play just fine.
I contacted TEN on this issue and they told me they dont support cable
modems and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my account.
