Anyone knows which excisting N3 (or even N2 or N99) tracks best
substitute for the Kentucky and Chicago tracks in the official
Craftsman Truck 2000 schedule ?

Hmmm...

Milwaukee for Chicago?  A flat gateway would be even better...  The old
Richmond from Nascar Legends?

I believe the NL Richmond track would do nicely, it's not too high
banked.
I was thinking about Las Vegas (N3) for Kentucky, but i'm not
sure...

For Kentucky, Las Vegas would be a perfect match almost as Kentucky is based
off of Las Vegas IIRC.  For Chicago, Milwaukee or another tight 1 mile oval
would work best.
