Bristol Problem in N2

Bristol Problem in N2

I raced a 150 lap race at Bristol and had a caution early in the race
(lap 25 or so), I made a pitstop and when I came back out it showed me
in 17th place.  Another car pitted with me and came out after me and
it showed that car in 10th place.  I was not a lap down.  I continued
and ran the entire race.  I passed the entire field and should of been
leading, however it still show like ten cars ahead of me.  At the end
of the race, it gave me the checkered flag first, however the spotter
said i had one lap to go.  I looked at the final standings and it
showed cars 1 lap down ahead of cars that were on the lead lap.  Very
strange.  I have modified the bristol.txt  CARS section to 39 39.  It
starts 38 cars in the race. Any comments.

Bristol is only meant to handle a maximum of 36 cars (37 with the pacecar).
Try changing your bristol.txt file to reflect this and see if the problem
clears up.  Use the line:
CARS 37 37 (also be sure to have 19 cars in PIT1 and 18 in PIT2).

Bristol Problem in N2

So in NASCAR2 HQ, I'd just set the maximum cars to 36 and I should be
OK?...I just started having a problem with Darlington (p90, N2 with
update). I go out for practice and I get a warning about a stopped car
when I get back around to the front straight in my first practice lap.
Then the game locks as I approach turn one. I get some different
messages, and even see a stopped car flash in the front straigh
occasionly, but it locks every time...is this a similar problem or do I
have another problem on my hands?

Thanks in advance Eric,
