No vroc racelist blues......

by Edward Whit » Wed, 28 Jun 2000 04:00:00

Hi all, I'm looking for a little technical help for my buddy, he has a new
pc and a fresh install of WinVROC, with the vroc.ini file showing:

[VROC]
Address=209.53.20.177

Same address as I'm using, but he cannot get a racelist to display....chat
is fine.

He probably needs the vroc patch, go to the vroc home page.

I assume the VROC.INI is in the same directory as the WinVROC program.

If so, then the Internet connection must be the problem. Try to ping
the IP you listed, and see if there is any response.

Try manually reseting the gpl path.  Click on vroc-options at the top
left of the vroc screen, even if it is correct.

Did something *just* change on Saturday?  We had a league race.  The racelist
was fine going into the race.  When we finished - no one had the racelist.  It
was like VROC disappeared while we were at Nurburgring...<g>
