Handbrake is probably the wrong thing to be calling it.  When they say
Handbrake they don't mean the emergency/parking brake.  I believe they mean
the "stunt" brake installed in most movie stunt cars that makes spinouts,
flips, fishtails, and other neat driving techniques possible in a Ford LTD
Crown Victoria.  The problem here is that EA doesn't realize that a
Lamborghini handles differently then a Ford LTD Crown Victoria and SHOULD be
able to do these things without a "handbrake."
