That 2nd link (sntracing)...  is the site down?  cannot find server, but
could be the firewall here, blocks some content...

Yep,  redirecting the html port stops my connection, I guess.  I was able to
Dialup (go around the FW) find the download, and hung up, (putting me back
behind FW) and was able to DL the mod though...
