I just got N3 and cannot get it to see the pedals on my Wingman Formula
Force. No problems in any other games but N3 refuses to allow me to select
the pedals for braking and accelerating. Very frustrating as the driving is
really good but paddles are for gear changes not braking......

I had this problem too.  I downloaded the latest drivers from Logitech, and everything sorted itself out - no profile necessary.

I had the same problem with my old TM Grand Prix 1 wheel. It doesn't have
pedals, but the paddles are actually the joystick Y axis for use as brake and
accelerator pedals. Try doing the N3 calibration procedure first. After I did
that I was able to select the pedals. Just got a LWFF tonight. Haven't
installed it yet. If I find anything helpful after I get it installed, I will
let you know.
