does anyone know how to extract the engine sound of Cart Precision Racing
(preferably as a wave file)?

Extract it from the startup.pod file by using the toolbox (available at
http://cart.gamestats.com/download/Toolbox.zip ). Try sound\eng5a3.wav,
englow3.wav or accel8z.wav, not sure which one is used for what.
