I've seen a lot of people complaining about the LD charges for sitting in the chat area
of hawaii. Also seen people suggesting a chat room. Well, it's not the BEST solution,
but it seems pretty simple to start a channel for IRC, so I did. Can't guarantee the
hours, but will attempt to keep it up and running as much as possible.
