F1RS - F1voo.exe error when playing championship

Hi,

Hope someone can help me.

Have just begun in earnest to play F1RS - uk. edition.

When playing championship - the program exits after playing the sequence
with the trophy being rotated and a flash - then I should return to be
able to continue season/championship and save the game.

Unfortunately I'm returned to windows with an error in F1voo.exe.

can anybody help me!?
