CMR 04 and CH pedals/yoke

Hello !

I have CMR 04 and CH yoke & pedals that I combined using the Control
Manager. How do I need to configure CMR04 in order to have the brakes
and throttle on the pedals ?
Right now, I am only able to have the throttle and the brakes on the
same pedal. CMR 04 does not seem to acknowledge the existence of a
third axis.
