I am thinking of purchasing a TSW wheel/pedal setup from Thomas
Enterprises.  I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has tried one
of their products. They sound very high quality, but would appreciate
opinions from those of you who have tried them before laying out the big
$ for one. How are they in GP2, Nascar 1 and 2, CPR, or F1RS? Thanks.

Ken:

Ive got the 99th TSW made. Never had one problem with it in five yrs Ive owned
it. Youll be amazed how heavy duty the components are. The other whl units have
problems with bungee
cords, weak springs and etc.

If you have the money and intend to race a lot--make the step.

Buying a TSW is quite possibly the best investment you can make as far as
racing sims go.  They work the first time, every time.  I've logged an
exceptional amount of hours on mine, and havent even had it for 6 months yet.
They are a complete joy to use, you wont regret getting one at all.

The TSW is worth every penny, mainly becase the top unit has zero
plactic parts.   Second, you can not wear it out.  Third, the precision
is what is need in real auto sims.  If you drive auto sim, and serious
about performance and consisency, the you'll be wise in buying a TSW.
There after the sale support is awesome.  Believe it or not there is a
company out there called Extreme Control that produces driving wheel
that costs well over 1000 dollars.  The TSW is just a good.

I've only had mine for about a month and love it, but that's
not the whole story. I purchased a used TSW that was 2 years old.
This used product has out-performed anything I have used in the past,
which includes a TM T2 system and a CH yoke and pro pedal combo.
Using the T2 with the CH pedals wasn't a bad combo, but it doesn't
compare to the TSW experience. The TSW is solid and well built. I race
N2, GP2, ICR2 and when I need to relieve a little stress NFS2. This
wheel aces them all. Although I've never met him in person, Trevor
Thomas seems like he really has his act together. I've sent several
e-mails ( concerning upgrading my wheel) to TSW and every one has been
answered within 24hrs. Trevor is very active in this news group and
listens to the customer. I've been reading almost every post
concerning the TSW for about 4 months and really can't recall a
negative one( I'm not saying there wasn't, I just can't remember any).
In this news group, that is a major statement. Buy it and have fun,
you won't be sorry.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I've ordered a TSW sport which should
arrive in a couple of weeks. F1RS should really rock then!
