Ed IS respectful to us, it is when someone posts email messages in HIS name
with false information that he gets his flamethrower out, and it is FULLY
justified!!!

He answers MANY flames, from IMMATURE people who just like to *** and
complain with calm and collected answers.  We are both dependent on each
other, and we should respect each other.  Ed is not God, he can't tell us
everything we want to know, that is not his decision it is the decision of HIS
management.

Yes Papyrus has some problems, but the benefits FAR outweigh the problems!  If
it weren't for Papyrus you would be spending alot of money in the arcades
playing arcade style racing sims.

I would agree with you if Ed's job was customer support. It's not.
Papyrus/Sierra has Customer service lines for thier products. In the
case of Hawaii, questions and comments are supposed to be sent to

responses, He does alot of this on his own time, which gives him the
right to act in kind when attacked (Which he does, while maintaining
professionalism).

I just hope Ed doesn't stick to his word and leave if some jerk posts
another Ed spam. Sooner or later something like that will happen again.
We have NO control over the jerks here. I hope he realizes there are
alot of people who would be very disappointed to see him leave.

Yes, Ed treat us unEarthly people with respect. Please...gimme a break.
With the ***he gets here...plus people writing his email as theirs...we
should be greatful that he is even here. How many other developers are
here to listen to what we have to say??? Ed don't listen to this.

Don't worry.  I'm not going anywhere.  This kind of stuff really does
