Nascar 2 problem

I just tried to delete a season and start a new season. Now, when I
get scene where the car is getting worked on, I only have the option
to race, instead of practice,qualify,warm-up and then race. Is there
anything I can do to solve this problem?

Restart your season and make sure you are on a REALISTIC setting and not ARCADE
