Excellent mate, there's not enough of you out there, I can tell as I get
plenty of users in my shop who still haven't had their spirits broken,
who keep talking about choices and things like that when they should be
grateful for what they're getting

I never was much of a salesperson, if I was an IT operator for some
company I would most def be a BOFH, I'm too old to be a PFY :-)
