All the records are in the records.txt file for that track. They are all in
thousandths of seconds. On ovals, and perhaps some road courses, the reason
they do not "match up" perfectly is because Papyrus *brilliantly* used wrong
track distances in their calculating of speed in mph. For example,
actual speeds at Loudon will tend to be about 3mph slower than what was shown.
