N2 Patch: Yes or No?

by John P. Wilso » Tue, 26 Aug 1997 04:00:00

Hey, Fellas!

Just upgraded my computer to 16MB RAM today at a computer show in Austin
and bought NASCAR 2 for $25!  It is fantastic!  I cannot believe the
improvements!  Now, my question:  I've seen various patches on the 'net
for N2, and is it worth the upgrading?  Could someone noce enough give
me details about what is improved/added and what the side efects are?
Pleeeaaase?

Thanks a bunch!  Go #4!

Hi John!

Yep, N2's fun, and in addition to the Sierra patches, I highly recommend
you visit the US Pits web site and ad the Talladega AI patch.  It's
absolutely awesome!  Once that's installed, you get two and three wide
racing, and boy do the AI cars hang in there with you and make you earn
your position.  I've had situations where we'd run side by side for a
lap or more fighting it out for a place.  It's great!   Have fun...

God Bless,

Andre
