For those of you using the older computer car performance editor for GP2
with the bug in the car numbering system, Juergen Hiller has released a
very smart looking update which corrects this bug.

It is called PerfMan and can be found on my website at

http://www.racesimcentral.net/

You can edit

Drivers Performance
                 - Grip in race, warmup and practice
                 - Grip in qualification
                 - Random range of grip
Car Performance
                 - Power in race, warmup and practice
                 - Power in qualification
                 - Probability of car failure
Car Numbers
                 - Change the numbers of the cars

At present, PerfMan only claims to work with the US and German version
of GP2.

If someone could test it with a UK version and let me know if it works
OK, it would be much appreciated.

The programm search for the location of the performance data on initial
startup and create a PERFMAN.INI with the location for your actual
version. The only thing is to make sure you have your original unmodified
GP2.EXE, for the programm to find the performance data location the first
time it runs.

I sent back the performance data location to the creator, for all the
european versions.

I'm using it with my "foreign (French) version" and it's working fine.
