PDPI problem

PDPI problem

  I just installed the card and when I use testport to check if the system
recognizes the card but it doesn't detect the digitalgame port.
  Anyone have this problem? any ideas what could be wrong?
  I followed the direction's to the T. The card show's up in device manager and
say's it's working propaly and there's no conflicts.Any help would be
appreciated.

Do you have a joystick port on your sound card or motherboard?  It could be
keeping the PDPI from working correctly, and still not cause a conflict...

I got it, thank's for the reply! I switch places with the modem and it started
working,reminds me of the problem with my V2sli, woudn't work with number 1 pci
slot for some reason.

Buster Did you go to  Control Panel> Game Controllers>Advanced and Look at
the bottom for the Port Driver and make sure PDPI is specified Steve

When you run testport, does it say legacy mode OK and then that the digital
game port is not detected.  If so you need to move the switch on the back of
the PDPI card to the other setting (it is currently in pure legacy mode).
Then run testport again and it should work.

I got it to work, I switch places with my modem and "voila" it work's.Now let's
see if I can break 1:26's at Monza.
