Not much. CART racing has the rendition version included along with a
stratagy guide. Some say the stratagy guide is worth the price alone.
The agreement between IRL and CART that niether could use the word "Indycar"
is why this was changed.

It is a straight repackaging of the Rendition port and the Windows
version of IndyCar Racing 2 by Papyrus. The Mac version was removed.
The name change was needed due to the agreement between CART and Tony
George of the name "Indycar".

Whoops, forgot to mention that there is an excellent guide included with
CART racing. Well worth the price after the rebate (if the rebate is
still valid).
