I was going to d/l the Motoracer demo but it said that you must have a
3d video card to run it. Is this true?

No...a 3D card isn't required...nor is MMX, but the game will
take advantage of either. This game is without a doubt the most fun
I've had in a while. If only I could buy a copy!

Not true, although if you have a card that supports D3D it looks
great.
