Damon Hill declares sixtees cars too hard to drive !!!!!!

After Damon Hill had tried a sixties F1 car at the Goodwood revival, he
turned to Phil Hill (World Champion 61), and said:
"I can't drive these cars; they don't stop, they don't turn in, they
don't do anything! I don't know how you guys did it!"

So there you have it from a world champion, the cars really were
difficult to drive in the sixties.

The quote is from the november issue of F1 racing, which also has a nice
5 page (well, 2 of them are just pictures) article on Dan Gurney. It
isn't about 67, but all of his F1 career, but it's still interesting to
know a little background for the drivers you compete against, so if you
can i would recomend that you get the magazine
