Damon Hill signs 1 year deal with ARROWS!!

Well, now we know!
IMO its the PERFECT chance for Damon Hill to prove his driving skills!
Arrows is a relatively new team, with less perfect cars than Williams.
If he can pull off even 3rd place in the championship in 97, then he is
the best driver on the circuit...
We'll just have to wait and see!
